Warranty and switched during repai

I purchased a Rado watch throughout a sail... Duty-free. I had been informed these were a certified dealer. I slipped the view and also the base broke. I got it set for a fix underneath the "lifetime" guarantee. They stated that the sail seller wasn't approved. They delivered my view to some restoration service. After I first got it back it had beennot exactly the same view. Our view was excellent. That one had sets about the used. They changed watches on me. After I reported they refused it. I will NEVER suggest Rado to anybody.
