I've a Rolex view that's three years old. My dad gave me the view like a Holiday present (he's also provided Rolex watches to both of my siblings and his partner). Throughout the 3 years I've had the view I've obtained verry excellent care of it. I understand it seems unusual but I don't move or bath using the watch on (though it is just a diving watch!). I've actually stored the natural label about the back. Within the 3 years of possession I've used the view about 60-days (20 each year - or perhaps a couple times per month). Although vacumming my home a week ago my spouse observed the bezel had dropped off the view and was on the ground. Our child and boy are there and all of US concur that the view wasn't knocked or with something. The bezel simply dropped down! I had been expectinng a lot more after I bought this intended quality time-piece.

I sent the view to Rolex HQ in Ny having a comprehensive notice. They named me 10 nights later and stated the view must be fixed. THEY WANTED $704.69 to wash the view, shine the band, gasoline it-up, and substitute the bezel. After I retold the conditions about how exactly seldom I used the watch, how I never uncovered it to water (diving watch!) and how it wasn't struck r knocked the client support Boss stated "Oh - what would you like us to complete?" I asked her to remain behind the standard item ($5,000 price). She stated she'd deliver the view back by email but which was it! Oh ya, she mentioned it's raining therefore the view wouldn't abandon their facilty for 48-hours (phone was 2/9 at 3:55ET).

If you should be contemplating investing in a Rolex I'd consider another item. While anything goes wrong together with your intended quality time-piece you'll not be pleased with how they remain behind ther item. Too bad, I expected more.

Next Holiday my loved ones won't be buying Rolex - or again!!!
