I repeatedly experimented with contact them concerning the reimbursement, but I really could no further obtain a reaction from their website. Fortunately I employed PayPal, and so I started a, which PayPal instantly improved to some state simply because they couldn't obtain a reaction in the vendor (Value Island Activities, Inc.). I'm today awaiting PayPal to solve the problem.
