Called the customer service number on credit card statement. Held online for 45 mins and the got a super rude person who stated that charge is for product and cant refund. Stated charge on website is just to cover shipping and handling. Adv rep that pills are useful but not worth the price. Offered to send back bottle for refund. Stated to late cant refund now that product is opened.
