Unable to get credit

The corporation provided a totally free test of its item, to get a $. 99 shipping cost. I obtained that and was charged for this correctly. Then I obtained another cost of $87.13 to get a regular delivery for that next payment of the merchandise. I named and terminated it on 7/30/9, didn't get the 2nd delivery. I had been informed then they might stop potential deliveries (that they did) and they might credit the $87.13 cost entirely which it'd get roughly 6 months for that credit to publish. I still haven't obtained the credit and today they inform me that because it's been more than 4 weeks since my unique (free) purchase, they can't and certainly will not matter the credit. Today I'm arguing it with my charge card business.
