Poor Workmanship

Lately I'd a "Scrub and Use" lasting at Hairmasters at Highland Mountain salon in Tacoma Washington. When I was resting with Lori, a brand new worker, because my normal stylist Sharon was on leave, another customer arrived in having a criticism of a hair-cut design she obtained. (I'm sitting there convinced that perhaps I ought to simply request a hair-cut and abandon.) Used to do not. Lori did make use of the proper wheels, when I make use of a specific mixture. After moving she placed on the clear answer utilizing 1/2 of the container!!! I had been considering to myself anything was incorrect as my normal stylist uses 1 container and sometimes 1/2 more!!! Then it had been neutralizing period. Before that she did wash me nicely, then instantly placed on the neutralizing solution. With my regular stylist I'm often blotted, but there is NONE. The wash. Perm completed. Perm was restricted, but okay. Four weeks later I realized that there is NO lasting aside from the stops. I returned and Stephanie stated that my hair could be directly easily had a hair-cut!!! What about that... A lasting that continues for four weeks. There is NO satifaction in the local shop.
