They operate a; Purchase 9 Haircuts Obtain The 10th Free. I visited the Price Blades on Pineville Matthews Street in Charlotte to obtain my free haircut. I created the error of showing the discount card first to Rich the supervisor which undoubtedly shown within the quality of my haircut. Small work was created and that I strolled out with among the worst haircuts in quite a long time. Two nights later I had a need to visit a rival to obtain a new haircut. I will never go back to this particuliar Cost-Cutter again.
