Rude handle

I'venot visited An Expense Blades in more than 1 year and that I WOn't get there again. Bad support is my cause on two separate occurances. The very first time I came early, before starting, and so I might be among the first to get a haircut at my nearby Price Cutters. The supervisor was rude, stating after starting the gates, "I am not prepared yet for enterprise". While she was prepared, she got the one who arrived in after I did so! She must have been prepared before she exposed the gates and he or she must have request who had been first. That was frustrating. I acquired my haircut and was on my way. The 2nd period, I went early again. This time around I waited and waited and was informed this 1 of the workers would be overdue. (she was not in the salon however). I waited over one hour before she turned up! Used to donot request a discount, but one was never provided both! I never returned!!!
