Product never received

Bought a product on June 11 and created complete cost of $32.00 via bank card. After fourteen days and having not acquired them. I followed-up having a telephone call and talked with "Chris" who guaranteed cargo that morning. From 7/2 until 9/3, I've delivered numerous emails and created telephone calls simply to discover their customer support container complete. I found the actual target and could obtain the quantity of Aletalia Club and achieved the guy who offered me a UPS tracking range which ended up to become phony. I submitted a problem using the Better Business Bureau of Greater Ny so when he didn't answer their request, they ignored the state. (???) It's unfortunate that individuals attempted to fraud other individuals who purchase in-confidence after which there's no option. To try to recover through my lender might charge $15.00 and there's no promise of achievement. It's no further a of the missing cost, however the theory and business acumen - neither which this guy seemingly have.
