Guthy Renker
Charged but not delivered

I named Guthy Renker last drop in regards to a beauty item from Cindy Crawford they had on an infomercial. I requested it and undoubtedly offered my charge card info. After three or four months I called back since I'd not gotten my products. The client support advised me the purchase hadn't been prepared since the charge card info have been incorrect. I determined that I'd not reorder and simply ignore it. Per month later I noticed a cost from Guthy-Renker after which a credit from Guthy Renker. Nevertheless, the quantities weren't exactly the same. Imagine which was greater! I've since experienced connection with them many times by telephone and e-mail requiring they pay me the distinction. They responded they could not find my document or info. How is that this feasible? They do not answer my emails anymore. It's not a lot of cash. From what I will remember, about 10$. It's the main of the problem. I simply need individuals to remember that this isn't a business you want to complete business with.
