Unable to get information to return product

I've created numerous efforts to obtain the RMA number had a need to return the abandoned and unopen pots of the complement and also have the cost taken off my charge card. I've talked to atleast 5 various individuals and all I get is the fact that they could not discover my info within the computer program. The clear answer would be to call-back 24 hours later. I've required titles of supervisiors, after I obtain to talk to them no such individual. The works continuously request exactly the same concerns and also the same info again and again again because of language screen, I required somebody that talked and knows the english-language and that I was hung-up onto finish the telephone phone. I'll contact again tomorrow 1/7/09 I was given the title of Shawn Watson. Easily do not get the info required to come back the product and obtain the costs removed my charge card, I'll inform the Greater Business Institution and also the Attorney-General within the town mentioned above. Personally I think I'm obtaining the "run-around". If this issue isn't resolved, I might need to think about a class-action match with other unhappy clients.
