Misleading terms and conditions

I'm another target of the firm's fraud! I requested two products-which required almost 14 days to reach. They charged the delivery expenses to my consideration on a single evening of the purchase after which another £75.50 for every item 15 times once they delivered these out, despite the fact that I'd delivered them a contact within 30 days of purchasing plus they had responded confirming the consideration have been shut. I named them-and sent them to protest, but their response was that I ought to have browse the little printing! I would not be so furious when the items really worked.
