Overcharging my VISA account

I ordered ACAI BERRY from their website on July 2nd, there was a free trial for 3,87$ CAD. I got charged 93.52$CAD on myVISA account. I called them and they would not reverse the charges because I had to call them within 10 days of the offer (which I did not know) and furthermore, I have not received the product yet (July14), so have not tried it... How can I say if I want more or not??? My reference number with them for this product was #1450730.

Have you ever heard of such a silly thing??? What can I do to get my money back???
