Company will not refund money

Our criticism may be the just like another 202 grievances I noticed about the BBB site last Thursday. I delivered to get a test purchase in Mar 09, never obtained in and was charged on 6/10/09 and 6/17/09 for $88.55 each day. I named the organization since I never obtained any cargo plus they explained the thirty days following the test day in Mar 09 had terminated and that I couldn't return the merchandise and obtain a return.
