Refusal to give credit

Have terminated wrinkle lotion, but haven't gotten my credit on my charge card. Have named them atleast 6 times. Their phone system keeps eliminating. I had been informed to not deliver item back, but no credit continues to be released. Am still waiting. Is a month previously.
