Want a refund

I requested Acaix3 on 4/21/09. On 4/30/09 I still hadn't acquired the merchandise. I attempted to contact the amount (866-949-0138) I came across on the site and was informed they don't manage the product. I experimented with contact (866-951-1393) and didn't get a solution. I tried the very first #2 more occasions after I obtained a cost of $88.55 on my bill. Again I had been informed they don't manage the product, but amazingly the product turned up within 3 times rather than the required reimbursement. I've since named my lender and put an end pymt with this deal and ended my card. I'm likely to contact them back and document a aswell, particularly after studying a few of the additional grievances on this website. I want I'd have experienced these first.
