I had been charged the $82.31 on charge card and not received the merchandise. Named the 800-number, waited half an hour to get a consultant and was disconnected. Delivered termination mail to current email address and obtained a "shipping status notification disappointment." Approached charge card business to opposite costs on 6/2. I have been tricked!!!
