Fradulent order charged to credit card

I obtained a box within the email comprising two containers of "slender seduction." i never requested item. I named the phone number supplied as well as in talking with a representative "bernard" "steve" i disconnected many times. On another callback the consultant mentioned i requested the merchandise on 03/16/09, the consultant read back a phone number and a contact address which was not mine. I had been also informed my charge card could be cost regular. The creditcardnumber wasn't supplied in my experience. I told the repetition that i never requested the product and that I didn't need the merchandise. I again was disconnected. On my forth call-back again I had been moved and disconnected again. I actually do think this can be a fraud and that I had recently ended two charge cards. I also understand to get a proven fact that used to do not requested the merchandise on 03/16/09 or every other time. After I requested the consultant for return tag I had been disconnected. I'll be processing a police statement with my local sheriff's division personally I think this can be a total fraud and deceptive on my charge card.
