Wont refund money

I've named three times to obtain them to return my cash plus they inform me they'll focus on it and also to wait 2-3 times. I called back the Next period plus they stated they'll publish a solution towards the reimbursement department. I call-back 3 nights later and also the telephone wouldn't function. I blocked my # also it worked. After I got to a help person they trans. Me to some supervisor plus they hung-up on me. After awaiting 10 minute about the telephone!
