I didn't let things go as far as getting ripped off, thanks to the comments on this website-thankyou. I rang my bank and told them what was happening and they immediatly cancelled my debit card so that no more payments could be taken - and I havent even received my "free" trial yet! Thanks guys, i'll be more careful in future and only buy from trusted sites. If anyone is still getting charged, ring your bank, have your card cancelled and get them to issue a new one, the long number on the front is slightly different and the security number on the back is changed so the offending company can no longer take any more money. I tried ringing acia on the number the live chat assistant gave me (0800 6800 623) and although I got through, it was a recording telling me they are closed and opening hours were 7am - 7pm mountain time what ever that means! I rang at all times of the day but got the same message. Hopefully all you guys out there get a result!
