Miscellaneous

On 25 January I requested a free trial via the internet of Revita Derm and Perfect Radiance which were delivered and I was required to pay postage and handling by credit card. On 11 March another package from them arrived which I did not open as i had not ordered any further skin cream. I checked my Mastercard account and found that amounts totalling $149.81 had been taken from my account. I immediately contacted my bank and have cancelled the card. My Bank will endeavour to dispute RevitaDerm and endeavour to get my money back.

I also rang the Australian support number for revitallize labs to make a complaint and went through to an overseas call centre. The person I spoke to gave me a number to ring RevitaDerm but when I rang the number was disconnected. I re-rang the support number and explained. I was given another number which when I rang it came up with a recorded message saying that it had been disconnected.

I wish to warn others that there is no such thing as a free sample and even if it was the best cream I had ever used I would not deal with such a company.
