Chemical burns

I had been in mastercuts inside madison square mall recently and desired a slice and shade. I lay for 1hour and 55 units with shade on my hair that I had been later informed should not be reproduced straight to the head. My hair is red (said to be crazy) and that I have scabs throughout my head. I can not obtain the firm's insurance claims repetition about the telephone to determine if they're likely to spend my medical expenses. I have to visit the physician since this affects and my hair is receding using the scabs, but i don't have health care insurance at the moment. I don't understand what I'm likely to do!
