Never rec'd order - emails bounce back, automatically go to voicemail

I placed an order on 2/25/09. Said 4-7 days delivery. Never rec'd. Now all emails are bouncing back undeliverable, cannot get live person-always go into voicemail, live help on site is always offline. Cannot reach anyone in any method.
