Unauthorized charges to my account

I requested A - 14 day test container of the item. I acquired it fourteen days later and was billed $79.00. There is no bill with this particular item. Then they proceeded to deliver me two containers the following month and charged my bill $92.00. I'd delivered the 2nd bundle back again to them: GO BACK TO SENDER, DECLINED! I've yet to obtain a reimbursement of those costs. I've delivered many problem characters towards the site above and was informed by email that somebody could be receiving back with me within two times. That's never occurred. I tried the telephone number about the unique bill I published which is several that's no further operating! THIS CAN BE A SCAM ORGANIZATION that doesn't do SOMETHING it says it'll.
