I've approached the Southern California BBB plus they adopted through on my criticism to the stage where they approached Alena Web Company, obtained an answer from their store observing that I'd obtain credit to my creditcard account. Many weeks transferred without credit being utilized. I approached BBB again and was apprised they couldn't consider extra motion.

I received the test Hydroderm item in September. Roughly per month later another purchase was obtained per their agreement. I approached them-and was supplied with an RMA. Exactly the same evening I delivered them, unopened, via UPS having a tracking number.

After waiting several days, I approached Mr. Gary Yeager at Alena Web Company, He mentioned that their computer program was still along and he required my creditcardnumber and stated a credit could be utilized in roughly eight to five days. Consequently, his office shut down as well as their web handle and phone number vanished.

In early January I posted a "Consumer Complaint Against A Company / Company" type to "people Request Device" at Work of the California Attorneygeneral, P.O. Box 944255, Sacramento, CA 94244-2550.

To-day, February 4, I talked having a Hydroderm Customer Support Broker utilizing the phone number 1-877-312-3648 as mentioned on Hydrodermis existing web ad. The broker stated that they bought Hydroderm within the last quarter of 2008. He appeared amazed after I mentioned my issue. He couldn't supply any information associated with the whereabouts of Alena Web Corp. He was therefore reluctant addressing my questions.
