Unauthorized charge

I was curious about this product after hearing many stories about it. I ONLY wanted to take advantage of the trial period and called well within the allotted time to cancel. The first rep: Lacey or Lucey claimed my account was never charged. A couple days later I noticed my account was indeed charged! I called back and spoke w/Julia, she gave me the same response as the first rep. Disatisfied in not getting any true results as my account was missing $4.95 on top of the $88.55 I called back yet again in hopes another rep would better help me. I spoke w/Karl who later in the conversation changed his name saying he was Tommy. He found my info & confirmed the charges. I demanded a credit to my acct for the $88.55 as I definately did not authorize such charge he said "charge is non-refundable". I demanded for a sup he said "they don't come to the phone". I wanted a sup's name he said "I can't give that info out". After telling him this is a BULLSHIT scam they were involved in I threatened to report their ASSES to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, he hung up. =i want my f*n $money$ back!!! =
