Bad customer support and over-charging for items

I named organization to express I began the merchandise late because of my dads disease and susbequent death. I had been ready to begin simply earlier this week. He died December 27th. I told them the item created me nauseated and that I couldn't remain from the toilet for 3 times. I needed a return. They explained they might not provide the complete reimbursement since I have must have delivered the merchandise back recently. I told them my father reecntle died and that I did not obtain a opportunity to go inside the designated period. The client support person explained he questioned that my father died and they might just return the partial sum billed. I currently settled 5.95 for that item plus they charged one more 39.95 compared to that this month on my charge card. Automated payment without prior agreement is scam which organization not just was insensitiove to my scenario but deviant. I'm annoyed and mad to become handled in this way. I'm returning these products with my dads death certification to show that I had been unable to consider them after I obtained the merchandise so when I did so it had been too late to come back it based on them. I've the costs in challenge with my credit organization. I'm confirming them towards the Client Protection Agency and also the Better Business Office. Customer beware!
