Overcharging of services

I visited the SmartStyle within a Wal Mart to get a cut. Our hair was several inches past my shoulders occasionally (it's split). I had been questioned what I'd prefer to did. I told the beautician I'd just like a wash, cut, along with a blow dry. I expected her when they nevertheless charged $1 for conditioner, and he or she stated, "Really it is $3.00 today, " and so I informed her no conditioner. Believed that may have expected her off that used to donot wish to invest an arm along with a knee to get a cut. Therefore she trimmed my hair, employed a blowdryer along with a comb. While she was completed, my statement was $41.45!!! You read it right. I about fell within the ground. I wasd billed the $13.95 for that PERSON WASH and SLICE, $17.50 for WASH AND STYLE SOPHISTICATED, and $10.00 for WASH LONG-LENGTH INCREASE. That is crazy. I'd prefer to understand where I will complain about that. I'd not have compensated that much to get a haircut and blowdry. She did not actually make use of a styling iron or hairspray on my hair, and so I'd prefer to understand what type of sophisticated design was done. If anybody has already established this same issue and it has reported someplace, please allow me to know where. That is absurd.
