Took money from my visa acct

I requested a $1.00 test test and obtained it for $4.99 with delivery and didn't enjoy it. Then I notice they 3 months afterwards they billed my acct for $59.99 and stated I will have a account together. I told them after I requested the test used to do not need other things. Just how can they cost me anyway. Today I've to consider my period and create characters to my lender to obtain this removed.

Vioderm and others must be fined or revealed for this coverage. Who gives them the to steal from our credit card acct.
