Credit card over charged and nobody answers when I call to resolve issue

I requested clean from getsmoothaway.com also it did not tell me just how much the delivery could be. I subsequently got a contact confirming my purchase for $14.99 having a $13 delivery and handling charge along with a 4-6 months delay. I instantly named to stop but nobody responded. Within the mean-time, I then found out that my charge card was billed for over $80. I eventually achieved somebody at sleek away and terminated my purchase. They stated that I'd obtain a contact confirming the cancelation. Nowadays, I acquired a contact stating that my purchase continues to be delivered. I've named all day long with no one replies.

I've been receiving telemarketing calls stating that I requested in one of the companions and providing me suspect offers. It's really annoying.
