Not honoring order cancellations

I requested a coat for my spouse in early November. The web site mentioned that it had been in-stock when requested and could be shipped promptly for Holiday. On Dec. 19th, I obtained a contact saying that it had been sold-out and could be delivered later. I named to stop, but there is no class for cancellations on the automatic program, and that I couldn't cope with to some live individual. I subsequently sent them to obtain a termination. Then they named me to inform me they couldn't stop the purchase since it had been coming. I examined the internet purchase tracking function and noticed that it'd not yet been delivered, and so I again sent them to obtain a termination. They didn't react.in March, I obtained a contact confirming delivery of them. I AGAIN sent them, declaring that used to do not need it and might create "Go Back To Sender" about the bundle if it came. They replied that it had been too late, plus they couldn't assure they'd obtain the bundle back until I experienced the correct return methods. Nowadays, over per week later, I discover that they've billed my charge card, and so I again went online to monitor the purchase. It currently says that it had been sent to MO (not somewhere I've ACTUALLY existed). I've sent them again, but should currently hassle with carrying out a "dispute resolution" through my charge card business. Don't work together!!!
