Unauthorized charges

On September 17 I requested a-road bicycle money-clip from Skystone and Gold. The cut was $120 plus they charged my charge card immediately. Following a couple weeks had handed without any shipping, I named and talked towards the manager John. He explained he'd obtained on the big purchase and was behind but might deliver it quickly. He seemed truthful and so I offered him the advantage of the question.

Here we're on December 23rd with no product nevertheless. To create things worse, I've named 3-4 times and remaining communications with no one replies or may call-back. E-mails on October 21 and December 20 also have gone unanswered.

However, I came across this website too late and find out others have experienced exactly the same problem. I'd like my cash back. Don't purchase from Skystone and Gold or patronize their shop!
