Acai pure trial

I am dissatisfied with this order that I received in Oct. I ask for Acaipure trial. I received hoodiwater and gum costing me $44.85. Then I received another shippment in Nov. And was told today by representative, after holding on for ONE HOUR, that another shippment is on its way for december. Please take me off automactic shippment. DO NOT send me anymore shippments. The representative hung up on me, didn't give me a required delivery confirmation and a RMA number from customer care. Please send me what I need to send items back.
