Bad diamonds and gems

Several times (Im a slow learner) I have purchaed rings from JTV which look absolutely beautiful on the screen and then when I receive them they are junk... The stones are cracked... Poor color, occluded etc. I think they put the good ones on the TV and then send out the junky ones. I will never buy another thing from them.
