Pave set diamond rings

I've purchased four 10K gold bands with pave-set diamonds inside a short time of period from JTV. On eacj roing, the diamonds keep receding. The band I paid $400.00 for has become resting in my own jewelry box having a lost stone again. I've previously changed rocks within this band three times. Another 3 are will also be lost diamonds. I've quit on these bands. JTV, obviously, wont do something concerning the missing diamonds... It's my issue.

Also, I visited have 2 of these evaluated as well as the jeweler stated that these were not 10K gold... Possibly just 9k simply because they failed the 10k gold scratch-test.

I've also had a colored gem drop out of the JTV band. I never found the gem.

I suppose I'm a slow student also, but I wont purchase other things from their website both.
