Cannot get thru on phone line

Order number 1518195. I have been holding on the phone for over an hour trying to get thru and get an RMA number to return merchandise back to the above company. This is ridiculous to be holding on this long. A recording comes on that there is a wait of 85 minutes. Are you kidding me. I want an RMA number e-mailed to me for the above order as

There is no legitimate reason to be holding on so long. What do they have one person working the phones.
