Was sent 2 products I didn't order and have no use for. When I try to call, I receive an message and then

They just hang up. You cannot return the product marked "return to sender" you must have a "return Merchandise Authorization" number which you can't get unless they answer your phone call. First of all,

They never mailed me the product until well after my original purchase date and then say you have to return it before 30 days of the original purchase date. Scam scam scam. They now have billed my account

Another 39.95 for what I don't know. I have cancelled by account now and hopefully will be rewarded the second amount for something I didn't receive. I would like to know my options I doing something to this company.
