Unauthorized charges from this CO

I put an order to get a "free" test test of the item. I obtained the merchandise and $4.95 was charged to my CC acct. Today, per month later, I've another cost out of this organization within the quantity of $39.95. I've created no additional purchases or closed an arrangement to carry on with this particular item. I've been not able to achieve them via telephone. I've email POMclear and approached my CC CO. The corporation is just a fraud.
