Fraud - sent and charged for items not ordered

I also was delivered two items I DID SO NOT purchase, and was billed for them. Our only option appears to be sending them back at my cost, and wishing I Will get reimbursed. The e-mail address they direct one to within the literature that included the bundle wasn't genuine.
