Wu-Yi Source Tea
Fraudulent company

Beauty & Appearance

I orderd wu-yi tea some time ago, tried it and didn't think much of it, especially when I found out it was nothing more than oolong tea something that I could easily purchase at Whole Foods or some other type of health food store. I am an avid tea drinker so this was very frustrating to me that this company would pass off something readilly available to the public and at a significantly lower price.

So then I tried getting in contact with this company to immediately cancel my order, send back what I had not used so I could get a full refund. This was very difficult because they do not include any sort of invoice, receipt or packing slip. I've tried e-mailing them with no avail and after reading through your website isee that I am not the only one who is upset about this. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me. I currently have five boxes sent from them (with 3 boxes of tea in each) that I would like to be refunded. Any opinion or help you could offer would be so appreciated.
