On the make again! Loren Chase was the individual spoken to. Total amount of the goods estimated @ $16.43 3 huge boxes received. Stated that the Company was moving to Ripoff

Be wary, very wary! A telephone call was received a couple of weeks ago from Loren Chase stating that my supervisor had referred me to her as the contact when ordering office supplies. The timing of the call could not have been better, for Loren that is. Several items were priced with a substantial discount over those quoted at the office supply stores which are normally used. Due to the limited space in our office prices for items were only given in multiples of 1 or 2. Loren was specifically asked the quanity on each item. Each item was not over a dozen "due to our limited space".

Based on the prices given to me the total price for the items ordered should have only been $16.43. I asked Loren specifically the exact price of each item as the amounts were ented onto the ten key. It was a total shock when 3 huge boxes were delivered to this office earlier today.

Neither a "quote sheet" nor an invoice has been received in this office by myself or anyone else as of this email. The final "quoted price" was never given even though several attempts were made to interrupt "Loren" for an exact total price of the items. No packing slip was attached to the outside of any of the 3 boxes even though there was a plastic packet stating "packing slip" on one of the boxes. I automatically went online to get a telephone number for Tornado Office Supply a.K.A. Tornado Office Systems and was taken directly to the complaint website. Go figure!

My supervisor was online reading some of the prior reports and was able to get a telephone number. I called this number and got a live female person who did not give her name. She was told that an invoice was never received and there was no packing slip attached to the outside of any of the 3 boxes and that 3 huge boxes were received that were not expected and to have the items picked up immediately. She took my telephone number and stated that someone, she could not give me a name since she did not handle the ordering, would be returning my call. A return call will be placed by myself before leaving the office today and telling whoever or whatever once again that shipment is refused and the items should be picked up.

A call was placed within the last few minutes to Tornado Office Systems and you guessed it, got the answering machine. They asked for your full name, telephone number and invoice number. The message went on further to say that your call would be returned by one of their reps "once they stopped swirling around the office and came back down to the ground".

Do Not Order Anything From This Company as they are a RIPOFF and still in business!
