I've rec. Item that aI did not purchase. I've been billed $41.85 for these proudcts. I've just requested one path dimension item. To be able to deliver this back again to organization, I want RMA # but not able to get anybody about the telephone for just two times.

It appears like others have experienced exactly the same grievances.
