Mailed products after cancelled on 11/2/08. Charged credit card for 3 different entries, two of which I never received. IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone

Order cancelled on 11/2/08 - received shipment, charged credit card on 11/7. Customer Service phone number impossible to get through.

Additional charges on 12/5 for $39.95, and 12/22 for 44.90 which were unauthorized charges for merchandise never received. Dispute notice sent to Credit Card company with note these were unauthorized and they are not authorized to charge one penny to my account.

This "company" should be put out of businessand sued for refunds to all of us.
