Ip off scam

Did not order this. Was mailed to my home without even having my name. It was mailed using the name Chase Visa. They charged my credit card without authorization for $81.00. When you call you cannot talk to anyone. I tried e-mailing them to get a return number needed to return the merchandize, threatening to contact the FBI, they did not even answer my e-mail. Called my credit card company, and they are investigating it.

Report the fraud charges to your credit card company immediately.
