Beachbody derm exclusive
Products not delivered and no response

I ordered products from Dem Exclusive via an infomercial. The first package came, no problem. The 2nd package, however, was never delivered to me. I checked withFed Ex and they insist the package was delivered. I informed beachbody Derm exclusive and they have done nothing. They charged me $65.00 and sent a package obviously not requiring a signature, nor anyway to ensure the package was delivered. However, if you return a package they clearly state that you are to make sure it is properly insured and that your request a return receipt or, if they claim they never received your return, they are NOT responsible. This company sends its products without a return receipt, yet if you don't get the products they don't take responsibility. If you don't insure and require a return receipt they accept no responsibility. This is clearly stated on their invoice. They have not refunded my money nor have they responded to any of my communications. I have ordered products from Beachbody before, P90X, etc and no problem either receiving or returning. So my advice to you is never order from this Dr. Orden as they do nothing to ensure you receive their products, yet they hold you liable if you don't return a product with insurance and a return receipt. RUN away from this company. They are not to be trusted, I am out $65.00, this has been going on since July 1 and they don't seem to care about unsatisfied customers. Maybe this will get their attention. Also, the products dot not deliver the results they guarantee.
