DermAktive
Free trial charged $126 after 10 day cancellation window

DermAktive (not to be confused with Dermactive with a C) is a big scam. The "free trial" charges you $12 for shipping, and they charge to ship the products separately, but they show up in the same package. In the ordering process you are supposed to read the fine print that says that if you do not contact them within 10 days, they will charge your credit card $126. Funny that the product took 10 days to arrive and the confirmation email they send says nothing about this 10 day thing.

Then you have a 30 day money back guarantee that mysteriously becomes 21 days from the date of the order and not delivery. No amount of arguing about these poor business practices does any good. And frankly, neither does the wrinkle product they send.
