Horrible haircut and service - Haircut and Service

I recently went in to the salon to see my usual stylist only to find out she's no longer there. Her name is Brenda. I made the mistake of letting Jessica cut my hair and what a mistake that was. She butchered my hair. I went back for the manager Alex to fix it but between the eye rolling and the rudeness I left even worse off. If they don't like customer service positions, they should look for another line of work. I called a different location to get a number for the owner or area manager and was told they couldn't give those out and could direct me to store manager. That's who I was trying to report! I never had that problem when Brenda was there. Now I know why they are being sued by a previous customer who had permanent hair loss because of them. If anyone knows where Brenda is, please let us know.
