Horrible prom hair at Fantastic Sams in Fayetteville on Raeford Rd - Fantastic Sams highlight

I'm appalled at the customer service and lack of onus from the new Fantastic Sams in Fayetteville at the Hoke County line. My daughter is having her Junior prom right now as we speak, but she almost didn't make it because the stylists didn't listen to me or see the look of horror on my daughter's face. I asked for a simple up-do and even gave them a visual and thought i was leaving my 17 year iold in capable hands. But instead of doing what I asked, they did the opposite. My daughter came home in tears. It was the most heart breaking thing. So $115 later, after coaxing my daughter into still going to the prom, I went back to the salon and they said it was my fault because they asked my daughter if she liked it WHEN they were done and she had been there for almost four hours. Her face stayed blank. Luckily, I did a two minute brush up into a soft ponytail and splayed some curls so she could have it the way that makes her comfortable. I won't go back and will do my best to tell everyone I can how incompetent this location is.
