Ulta
Poor customer service

I haven't been to Ulta for over a year. I stopped going because they couldn't seem to keep enough supplies of what I wanted. But the last straw was one evening when I drove there in the pouring rain to use my 20% my entire purchase coupon. They had maybe 2 things on my shopping list of 10. The cashier told me they had a lot of boxes in the back that had not been unpacked yet. If I wanted to get full benefit from my coupon, I would have to come back. Meanwhile, there were no less than 4 employees standing around shooting the breeze and having a great time. Why weren't they unpacking the boxes? Needless to say, I left without my two items and never returned.

To add insult to injury, I wrote to Ulta and never got a response. This review is MY response to their terrible customer service! I also tell everyone I know not to go there.
