Groupon won't answer questions

I have asked several times through Groupon 's website about their policies for ensuring they are working with reputable sellers and with authentic products. When I see a deal that is too good to be true, I get suspicious because I know how rampant is counterfeiting and grey market diversion. Many of these advertised products are ones that could pose great harm to health and safety and I think the question is legitimate. Why are they hiding? Probably because they don't check! Now I see the Internet is rampant with claims of counterfeit products found on Groupon. I will never buy from them again because of their cavalier attitude towards consumer safety and intellectual property rights.
